Atque hinc praecipuus Regi Hispaniae metus amittendae Americae, ne aliquando Criolii proprium sibi Regem, Hispanis exclusis, imponant. Mestecii reliqui dicuntur, qui partim ex Hispanis, partim ex Americanis parentibus nascuntur: qui omnes fere contemptim et serviliter habentur ac mixtam quoque ex utraque gente indolem obtinent.
